Starting weight 8.28.09 -- 336. Of course it is that time of the month.
New beginnings again. Always a new beginning. I've gained 12 lbs. Not sure if it is due to being sick so much and swelled. Left leg has been huge. But after getting a good view of my gut at a party it is time to get serious again.

My goal was to be down to under 300 in July I missed that by 30 lbs. Not that I'm complaining I've lost 40 this year.

So back on the wagon. The food wagon, not the booze one.

Dinner: Prime Rib, 3 T. of Mashed Potatoes no gravy. Iced tea
Lemon Pie for desert.

Lunch: 1/2 cold cut sub
Dinner: cobb salad. ff blue cheese/italian
Snack: sf jello pudding

Dinner: Turkey & cheese sandwhich
Snack: Slice coconut cream pie

Breakfast. 2 mini blueberry bagels, 1 tsp cream cheese
grapefruit juice
hot herbal teal

Lunch: Swiss, chedder and provolne grilled cheese
bowl of southwestern corn choweder

Dinner: bowl of southwestern corn chowder, 1 crust roll

Snack: 1/2 small seedless watermelon. Wish they could can this stuff and have it taste the same.

Monday 8.31.09

Breakfast: sm. blueberry bagel, tsp cream cheese
Grapefruit juice and hot tea
Lunch: two slices swiss cheese, two slices chedder and two slices provolone. (thin slices)
Snack: about 4 slices of dried cantalope. yumm, this stuff is so good
dinner: 1 c. hot/sour soup, 1/2 c. crab meat, 2 oz steak (too tough to eat), 1/2 c sessamee chicken
Snack: watermelon slice, honeydo slice
